After being raised in a troubled family with an abusive alcoholic father, I decided early on that I was going to do everything in my power NOT to follow in his footsteps.
Unfortunately, I got off to a rocky start…
My main problem being that I had absolutely no self-awareness.
My past trauma came back to haunt me in more ways than I can explain, and so I turned to drugs and alcohol.
As you can imagine, my mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being deteriorated very quickly.
Luckily, a close friend and colleague introduced me to personal development.
It gave me a new direction, a new purpose in life.
But after spending a few years rehabilitating and discovering my new ‘normal’, I found that…
